		<description>Delphi is a great RAD tool! .NET and its 70 Mb runtime DLL is not the best choice to deliver a software to a company. 
I hate applications with runtime packages! Runtime packages can be updated at any time by Microsoft Windows during auto update process and you can not seriously tell that it&#039;s not a problem!</description>
